  • Maintain document registers (incoming–outgoing).
  • Ensure completeness and proper filing of legal documents.
  • Prepare and organize supporting documents for agreements (e.g., company affidavit, power of attorney).
  • Liaise with internal departments to request information or submit documents.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
  • Monitor progress of contract signing and document returns.
  • Track items assigned by the Legal Team and ensure timely completion.
  • Office supply requisitions, document filing, messenger/postage arrangements.
  • Assist with scheduling or logistics as needed.
  • Provide miscellaneous support to the Legal Team based on ad hoc assignments.
