Your Opportunity:

This position provides high-level, professional administrative support to 3-5 academic physicians within the Department of Pediatrics, Section of Newborn Critical Care (NICU) out of South Health Campus. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the coordination and management of the daily activities of assigned physicians, including research, medical education, and administrative or medical leadership commitments. They are responsible for booking an Antenatal Clinic through Connect Care. They will also provide backup admin support within the larger NICU administrative team as required. In order to function effectively in the role, the incumbent should have a comprehensive understanding of the operations of both Alberta Health Services and the University of Calgary, Cumming School of Medicine.
