Health Information Management, Access and Disclosure is seeking an Access and Disclosure (A&D) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to facilitate the secure, accurate and compliant release of health information in compliance with the Health Information Act (HIA). Reporting to the A&D Supervisor, you will act as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and third parties, collecting and validating documentation to ensure requests are processed accurately and completely. Your work will directly impact the safe and effective exchange of health information across the healthcare system.
