Document Management Specialist
This role involves managing document control activities within the Document Management Group and providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between global operating centers and subcontract organizations
- Maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as ShareCat
- Routine distribution of documents via EDMS software or physical means
