About the Role

We are looking for a
detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant
to manage CRM activities and email communication. This role focuses on
running campaigns inside the CRM, handling emails, and maintaining organized follow-ups

The ideal candidate has
hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss
, understands CRM workflows, and can work
independently without constant supervision

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update contacts inside the CRM
  • Run and monitor campaigns within the CRM
  • Handle and organize email communications
  • Ensure proper follow-ups are scheduled and completed
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM
  • Keep pipelines, tasks, and workflows up to date
  • Identify and flag leads that require attention
  • Work independently to keep systems organized and active
