Primary Responsibilities

To ensure the structured execution of our internal travel, procurement and invoicing processes, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization at the earliest possible date

Specific Responsibilities

  • Coordinating operational works on site over two shifts (daily, weekly planning) by working mid-shift.
  • Supporting local management with various daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc to-do’s.
  • Working on non-conformities in IT-systems (mapping, N/C creation, N/C closure, EQLB) while or after inspection team is doing inspections of aircrafts / components in plant.
  • Monitoring client inspection planning, requests and expediting, follow-up.
