Select Savvy, LLC is looking for a detail oriented Administrative Support Assistant to support our day to day operations. This is a remote position open to applicants based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for daily operations
  • Arrange and manage contracts and internal documents
  • Manage calendars and scheduling
  • Edit flyers and basic marketing materials
  • Maintain records, trackers, and spreadsheets
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Based in the Philippines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
