How You Will Spend Your Days as an Administrative Assistant: • Coordinate department schedules by monitoring and updating calendars according to builders and subcontractors’ availability • Coordinate Project Managers and Vendors via email and text • Use Sage and BT5 ERP systems to invoice and reconcile jobs upon completion • Navigate multiple builder websites for job related data • Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets • Assist various departments by performing a variety of clerical and support functions as needed (i.e. typing, filing, scanning, answering phones) • Provide back-up for other department administrative assistants as needed
