Job Description

  1. Support the administrative work for the Concept Manager & Gallery Manager.

  2. Prepare, update & complete order schedules & Bill of Quantity's on the system promptly.

  3. Handle admin tasks: scheduling emails, Meeting minutes, Document filing and Reporting.

  4. Tracking & Updating critical path documents.

  5. Support the Concept & Art Managers with timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking.

  6. Create and Manage a Concept & Art specific supplier list.

  7. Assist in the coordination of installation at the point of mobilization (TIT).

  8. Updating the schedules for the art inventory.
