Payroll Specialist This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all payroll process, playing a crucial role in the well-being of our employees and the financial health of the company. Key responsibilities : Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, advances, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Calculate and collect social charges and taxes related to payroll (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.), in compliance with current legislation. Administer and manage benefits (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health plan, dental plan, life insurance), including inclusions, exclusions, and changes. Execute hiring, termination, and vacation processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and correct documentation. Prepare and submit ancillary declarations and obligations (eSocial, RAIS, DIRF, among others).
