We are seeking a perceptive, multifaceted professional to join our team as an Administrative Operations Lead / Office Manager. This full‑time role requires prior management experience and involves overseeing office operations, administration, communications, and facility management. The candidate will act as a cultural ambassador for the firm, ensuring that offices and workspaces are pristine, organized, healthy, safe, and sanitized.
This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and works closely with Partners and all teams across the organization to support the administrative and reporting needs of the Managing Partner.
