Our client is an Agency for Real Estate (Startup) with HQ in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Centrally managing documents (forms, bills, contracts, etc.).
  • Managing the orderliness of the office.
  • Supporting internal department and external coordinating on documents and contracts.
  • Contacting supplier for office management.
  • Controlling and managing office workers (housekeepers, drivers, mechanics, etc.).
  • Coordinating with HQ in Canada.
  • Applying HQ policies to Office.
  • Qualifications

  • 22 - 35 years old.
  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
  • Able to communicate to a good level.
  • Experience in Admin is at least 0-3 years (according to level), new graduates are welcome.
  • Able to work in a start-up business.
  • Work at BTS Phrom Phong (nearly BTS).
  • Work 5 days Monday to Friday, 08.00 - 17.00.
