Our client is an Agency for Real Estate (Startup) with HQ in Canada.
Responsibilities
Centrally managing documents (forms, bills, contracts, etc.).Managing the orderliness of the office.Supporting internal department and external coordinating on documents and contracts.Contacting supplier for office management.Controlling and managing office workers (housekeepers, drivers, mechanics, etc.).Coordinating with HQ in Canada.Applying HQ policies to Office. Qualifications
22 - 35 years old.Graduated with a bachelor's degree.Able to communicate to a good level.Experience in Admin is at least 0-3 years (according to level), new graduates are welcome.Able to work in a start-up business.Work at BTS Phrom Phong (nearly BTS).Work 5 days Monday to Friday, 08.00 - 17.00.
