Our client is selling robots for logistics (HQ in Malaysia and start-up in Thailand).

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining an overview of the office.
  • Handling internal coordination and HQ in Malaysia (including meeting for admin updates).
  • Managing internal documents.
  • Welcoming visitors from outside.
  • Handling other tasks in the Admin role.
  • Qualifications

  • 25 - 35 years old.
  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
  • Good English (used in coordination and meetings with HQ).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of Admin, Coordinator, or similar.
