Summary This position is located in Guadalupe Mountains National Park in the Administration and Management Division. Responsibilities Major Duties: Responsible for keeping the organization's revenues and spending in balance. Oversees designated timekeepers in the organization, assuring that the entire staff of the organization is trained in requirements for maintaining accurate time and attendance records. Issues Bills for Collection, when the incumbent determines the appropriateness of the billing request and prepares demand letters. Oversees payment of invoices for goods and services after ensuring that amounts billed are correct and the goods or services purchased are satisfactory or gathers documentation and signatures for others to pay invoices. Develops procedures and operates internal controls established to eliminate waste and prevent fraud in use of Government property and resources.
