Job Description
Job Purpose:
Assist the President in managing the Administration Division to achieve its objectives by leading and overseeing the management of company properties, including fixed assets, consumable and non-consumable supplies, and other company resources. Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across administrative and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Asset & Supply Chain Management
- Manage and monitor inventory of company fixed assets and supplies stored in the warehouse.
- Oversee efficient procurement of company assets for both Head Office and retail operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.
- Implement supply chain best practices, including vendor management, logistics coordination, and demand forecasting.
2. Budget & Cost Control
- Ensure all purchases and travel expenses are within approved budgets.
