Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC contracts, procurement, and service agreements.
- Monitor office maintenance, asset management, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support HR in onboarding arrangements, travel bookings, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and track administrative expenses.
- Handle government liaisoning and external agency coordination when required.
- Manage overall administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field
Experience : 5 to 8 Years
