Job Position – Administration Executive Key
Responsibilities:
1. Handle and maintain administrative documentation, agreements, contracts, and official records 2. Prepare, verify, and process billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups and coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and consultants for documentation and billing-related matters
3. Maintain records related to real estate projects, including property files, approvals, and compliance documents
4. Assist in the preparation and tracking of lease agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and other real estate documents
5. Ensure accuracy and timely filing of documents (physical and digital)
6. Support management with reports, data entry, and MIS as required
7. Handle general office administration tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
