Job title: Admin Executive

Location: Nariman Point

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday – Friday)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Manage the office schedule, including appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and fax machines.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant, virtual assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Any Graduate degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
