Propstar Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain accurate records, and provide dependable support to management and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Position: Admin Executive
Location: Onsite – Shahrah-e-Faisal, Block 6, PECHS
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Compensation: Open budget — based on skills, expertise, and experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and departmental teams
Manage office documentation, records, and filing systems (digital and physical)
Coordinate meetings and internal communications
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required
