An RBC Dominion Securities team located in Sudbury is looking for an Administrative Executive Assistant to join their fast-growing team! You will be responsible for organizing and ensuring the Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor and his Advisory Team run smoothly.
What will you do?
Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor.Complete administrative tasks to help the Investment Advisory team: manage office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, preparing for client meetings and ensuring scheduling is up to date.Call clients to schedule appointments, book travel and organize travel logistics; provide meeting support and act as a liaison between the Advisory Team.Assist in booking and planning client and partner eventsHelp manage incoming communications from team members, advisors, and external partner...
