Role - Admin Executive
- Office operations and maintenance coordination.
- Manage calendars, meetings
- Provide administrative support to the HR team for tasks like onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records, and coordinating internal training sessions.
- Handle correspondence and front-desk duties.
- Maintain meticulous records and filing systems.
- Procure supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide executive and departmental administrative support.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking the administrative budget and office expenses.
- Managing and Processing petty cash for the office groceries
- Should be comfortable for Travel to North Region offices
