Role - Admin Executive

  • Office operations and maintenance coordination.
  • Manage calendars, meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team for tasks like onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records, and coordinating internal training sessions.
  • Handle correspondence and front-desk duties.
  • Maintain meticulous records and filing systems.
  • Procure supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Provide executive and departmental administrative support.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking the administrative budget and office expenses.
  • Managing and Processing petty cash for the office groceries
  • Should be comfortable for Travel to North Region offices
