Job Description
ADMINISTRATIVE & DATA TRACKING SUPPORT
- Operational Tracking: Monitoring leasing and collections data to ensure properties are hitting their targets.
- Insurance & Compliance: Managing the complex cycle of insurance renewals, COI requests, and annual LLC filings to mitigate risk.
- Strategic Support: Acting as the right hand to the Asset Manager by documenting meetings, delegating tasks, and creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Research & Logistics: Sourcing vendors, comparing quotes, and conducting pricing research to optimize project costs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Software: Experience with I Love Leasing or similar CRM/Property Management software.
- Data Mastery: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and KPI analysis.
- Organization: Exceptional ability to manage high-volume documentation (COIs, LLC reports, Insurance schedules).
