We currently have

an opportunity for a Administrative Coordinator - Term at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Veteran, AB. This is a term position, working 3 days a week, from April to September with possibility of extension. As an Administrative Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the location team as well as contribute to the overall experience of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative, operational and general office duties

  • Process accounts receivable/accounts payable

  • Prepare communication materials

  • Assist in product logistics and grain sampling

Qualifications:

  • Possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role
