  • Organizing the annual meeting and taking minutes.
  • Organizing special activities for organization members and taking charge of their files.
  • Organizing events to increase the organization’s visibility.
  • Writing correspondence.
  • Implementing the board of trustees and attaching documentation.
  • Preparing internal budgets, financial reports, and sending reports to the Accountant.
  • Acting as the organization's representative to Health Canada and other partners.
  • Supporting the President in any other tasks related to the position.
