Organizing special activities for organization members and taking charge of their files. Organizing events to increase the organization’s visibility. Writing correspondence. Implementing the board of trustees and attaching documentation. Preparing internal budgets, financial reports, and sending reports to the Accountant. Acting as the organization's representative to Health Canada and other partners. Supporting the President in any other tasks related to the position.
