Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role serves as a key point of coordination across departments, helping manage administrative tasks, support leadership, and maintain efficient workflows.


Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management

+ Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors

+ Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (conference rooms, materials, travel, etc.)

+ Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and internal communications

+ Track and manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships

+ Assist with onboarding processes, including coordinating paperwork and new hire logistics
