We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable
Virtual Assistant
to support day-to-day operations, customer service, and content coordination for a fully remote, online education business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing multiple tasks, and supporting a growing digital project long-term.
This role starts
part-time (20–25 hours/week)
with the potential to grow long term.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service inbox (email), including course inquiries, level changes, refunds, invoices, and general support
- Coordinate and schedule digital content (podcasts, YouTube, social platforms) using existing tools and workflows
- Perform basic content editing using simple, user-friendly platforms (no advanced editing skills required)
- Program and publish content across different platforms according to a content calendar
