Overview:
The Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This role involves handling documentation, data entry, filing, record keeping, and assisting various departments with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in the system or manual files.
Prepare, update, and organize office documents, reports, forms, and correspondence.
Assist in checking and recording delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.
Maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Answer phone calls, attend to visitors, and direct enquiries to the relevant personnel.
Assist in monitoring office supplies and stationery stock.
