A growing Property Management Company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative & Billing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

~ Process and manage billing, invoices, rent payments, and account records

~Assist with accounts receivable and payable related to managed properties

~Support daily property management operations

~Maintain organized digital and physical records

~Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal staff in a professional manner

~Assist with lease documentation and property reports

~Use property management software (AppFolio preferred) to update and track information

Qualifications:

`~Previous experience in property management or real estate administration preferred

~Strong experience in data entry and billing
