Administrative Associate

The Medical City Clinic (SM Hypermarket FTI) is searching for a Administrative Associate (Project-Based) to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role serves as the initial contact point for patients thus ensuring proper service architecture is given by assisting them with general inquiries, validating information for medical care access, verifying accuracy of billing purposes, and providing quality patient experience such as medical and diagnostic services.

This role reports directly to the Clinic Manager of TMC Clinic SM Hypermarket FTI.
