Key Responsibilities
Office & C2C Centre Management
- Maintain and update office and center inventory, including electronic assets, furniture, locks, utilities, and facilities like pantry and washrooms.
- Execute operational requests such as printing, stationery, and other support for the Network and C2C teams.
- Manage housekeeping staff for the office and C2C centers.
- Improve ease of work for staff through process and facility enhancements.
- Plan and execute purchases for office and C2C team requirements.
Event Management
- Design and review budgets for events planned by the Network Team and C2C centers.
- Plan and execute operations for events, including venue, food, logistics, and transport.
