Administrative Associate

Acting as the first point‑of‑contact to all guests and callers, the Administrative Associate greets guests, answers and routes phone calls, and provides general administrative support as needed.

Day in the Life – Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests/clients in person or over the telephone; answer and refer inquiries.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; give instructions.
  • Sort and forward incoming faxes and emails to appropriate departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers (including regular mail); open, stamp, sort, and label for distribution.
  • Maintain stock and availability of office supplies by ordering as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
