  • Support Lower Authority Appeals and Unemployment Insurance Quality Assurance team.
  • The candidate must have good organizational skills and technology skills (Word and Excel) and be ready for a fast pace.
  • It would involve interacting with claimants, employers and attorneys as well as the Board members and the DAG.
  • Other tasks: scheduling, creating agendas, taking minutes, answering the phone.
