  • Provides standard administrative and staff support services to the department in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Compiles and prepares PowerPoint presentation content for designated meetings.
  • Attends meetings to set up and run PowerPoint presentations.
  • Manages schedules and calendars, independently schedules appointments and conference calls, and initiates meeting invitations.
  • Coordinates and arranges staff, departmental, and corporate meetings as required.
  • Prepares agendas, secures meeting locations, takes meeting minutes, and distributes documentation as needed.
  • Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, documents, presentations, emails, and faxes.
  • Makes copies of correspondence and other printed materials as required.
