  • Salary: 36.70 hourly / 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
  • Oversee and co‑coordinate office administrative procedures.

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office.
  • Personal suitability: Ability to multitask, organized, team player.
