Job Description

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative services for the Executive team including reception duties.

Job Duties

  • Provide direct administrative and office management support to all members of the executive team.
  • Will receive and screen all calls and greet visitors. (reception)
  • Will open and log all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Will take minutes for staff and Board of Directors meetings
  • Will be instrumental in the organization of materials for Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
  • Prepare and draft documents as required
  • Keep track of office supplies inventory and replenish when required
  • Use good judgment and decision-making on the job.
  • Receive payments and post to accounts receivables
