Job Description

Within the Large Format Printing area, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide temporary coverage during a maternity leave.

What You’ll Do
  • Administrative support to Partners and daily operations.
  • Logistics management (shipment of parts, reporting, etc.).
  • Customer service to our Partners via phone, email, and management tools.
  • Opening, handling, assignment, analysis, and closure of cases.
  • Coordination with other departments.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
