Within the Large Format Printing area, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide temporary coverage during a maternity leave.
What You’ll Do- Administrative support to Partners and daily operations.
- Logistics management (shipment of parts, reporting, etc.).
- Customer service to our Partners via phone, email, and management tools.
- Opening, handling, assignment, analysis, and closure of cases.
- Coordination with other departments.
- Education in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
