Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting with incoming calls and dealing with queries accordingly
  • Assisting Care Managers with the implementation of new packages of care
  • Uploading data onto MIS system
  • Support the Service Manager in the continued success of the Service through completion of tasks accurately and within required timescales, presenting the Service in a positive light and being proactive in making suggestion on how to improve the Service
  • Keep up to date with and adhere to changes to policies and procedures
  • Take responsibility for personal development, including attendance at training
  • Fulfil any duties requested by the management of the service both mandatory and service specific
  • To maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act
  • General administration duties
