Job Description
- Establish office procedures and routines after determining the requirement
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls to another department
- Open and respond to email queries
- Compile data, statistics about sales, inventory and services performed
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Maintain computerized information filling system on established platform
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Job requirements:
- Education: Secondary School graduation
- Experience: 1 year of experience
- Business Equipment and Computer Applications like: MS Excel; MS Office
Area of Specialization:
