Job Description

  • Establish office procedures and routines after determining the requirement
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls to another department
  • Open and respond to email queries
  • Compile data, statistics about sales, inventory and services performed
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Maintain computerized information filling system on established platform
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information

Job requirements:

  • Education: Secondary School graduation
  • Experience: 1 year of experience
  • Business Equipment and Computer Applications like: MS Excel; MS Office

Area of Specialization:

Reports and records; Invoices; Contracts
