Job Description

Manage office documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and staff communications.

Maintain and update ISO manuals, procedures, and records.

Support and monitor ISO-related tasks to ensure ongoing compliance.

Assist in preparing documentation for internal/external audits.

Act as the point of contact between the organization and ISO consultants.

Facilitate communication to ensure consultant recommendations are implemented effectively.

Provide consultants with necessary documentation and updates on compliance progress.

Respond promptly to requests, balancing multiple priorities effectively.

Maintain professionalism in high-paced environments.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed.

Handle ad-hoc task as and when required.
