Provides secretarial and administrative support.
- Monitors incoming and outgoing communications to ensure no misplaced or lost documents.
- Schedules appointments as necessary.
- Organizes and maintains filing systems, orders and stocks office supplies, and performs data entry or basic bookkeeping.
- Handles sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
