Provides secretarial and administrative support.

  • Monitors incoming and outgoing communications to ensure no misplaced or lost documents.
  • Schedules appointments as necessary.
  • Organizes and maintains filing systems, orders and stocks office supplies, and performs data entry or basic bookkeeping.
  • Handles sensitive or confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
