Join our dynamic team at CCE as an Administrative Assistant, where you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the experience of visitors and students while streamlining operations for a thriving university community!

Reporting to the Head of Career & Professional Development at CCE, this role involves a diverse range of administrative and support duties. You will assist and direct visitors, students, and members of the university community while addressing administrative inquiries and resolving issues. Additionally, you’ll prepare reports for management and faculties, query data, establish schedules and timelines based on office and program needs, and compose, edit, and proofread correspondence and reports. This position also includes preparing various administrative documents and maintaining student and employer data.
