Responsibilities

+ Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

+ Monitor and respond to emails promptly, ensuring clear and courteous communication.

+ Organize, scan, and file documents both electronically and physically to maintain an orderly filing system.

+ Maintain accurate records and update files regularly to ensure information is current and accessible.

+ Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and other office tasks as needed.

+ Assist with data entry and basic reporting tasks to support business operations.

+ Ensure the office environment remains organized, tidy, and efficient to support daily activities.
