Responsibilities

+ Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and insurance brokers

+ Coordinate and assist with annual commercial insurance renewals and related documentation

+ Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other business records

+ Order office supplies and oversee facility-related needs

+ Answer incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
