Provide exceptional service to customers and employees while providing constant support for the Product Support General Manager's direction and leadership.
Basic Duties
Welcome on-site visitors and take incoming phone calls to determine the nature of business before forwarding the call to appropriate person/division.Provide backup to Service Clerk for timecard entry and payroll. Enter technician's expenses on work orders and reconcile credit card statements.Additional recordkeeping includes managing and maintaining customer CAT ET Subscriptions, order office supplies, creating and reconciling open purchase orders and code invoices, managing primary data entry of Kelmar Safety requirements, filing CAT discount claims, running monthly reports.Follow up with customers on Customer Service Agreements (CSA)Maintain and file safety records for the buildingPPE Glove testing: en...
