Job Description

we are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused General Administrator / Executive Assistant to support our business owner. This role covers finance, recruitment, inbox management, and day-to-day operational administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Admin Support

  • Assist in creating financial plans, forecasts, and simple budgets (as guided by the business coach).
  • Attend weekly or bi-weekly finance meetings with the owner or account managers, take notes, and follow up on actions.
  • Prepare simple reports or summaries using Xero and Excel.

2. Email Inbox Management

  • Handle daily inbox (morning review + afternoon check).
  • Sort and file spam/unimportant emails.
