Job Description


The Administrative Assistant will act as a point of contact for employees and clients, providing administrative support and managing their queries/concerns. Main duties include inventory, procurement, and other office administration tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of any Bachelors degree course
  • Preferably has work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Has knowledge of office procedures (documents, facilities, travel, logistics management)
  • Experience with office software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Experience in events management is a plus
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
