  • Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for requests and documentation
  • Prepare and organize sales documents, reports, proposals, and files
  • Assist with bid preparation and submission when required
  • Monitor schedules, inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of internal files
