We're hiring a sharp, proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Founder directly.

This is not a basic VA role.

You'll help manage high-level communication with CTOs, CEOs and technology leaders.

The Role

You will work approximately 
3 hours per day
, overlapping with Australian Eastern Time.

1. LinkedIn & Sales Support

  • Draft LinkedIn replies/messages (in the Founder's voice)
  • Manage connection requests
  • Book appointments using Calendly
  • Support light sales follow-up & keep conversations moving
