About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, with a focus on managing work orders, calendars, reservations, violations, architectural change requests, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage work orders, calendars, reservations, violations, and architectural change requests.
  • Distribute meeting notices and agendas.
  • Send broadcast emails and broadcast messages to homeowners and stakeholders.
  • Address homeowner inquiries that cannot be resolved by our Client Services team, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and manage online voting processes for community decisions.
  • Populate content on homeowner portals and ensure it is up to date.
