ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
  • Manage inventory, item entry, and purchasing processes
  • Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections
  • Process and manage orders efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone (phone calls may be pending tasks)
  • Assist with basic graphic design tasks for internal or marketing purposes
  • Support overall operations, ensuring smooth and timely workflow

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Solutions 24.0 (required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms is a plus, but not required
