ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST
- Enter and maintain accurate data in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
- Manage inventory, item entry, and purchasing processes
- Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections
- Process and manage orders efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone (phone calls may be pending tasks)
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks for internal or marketing purposes
- Support overall operations, ensuring smooth and timely workflow
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Solutions 24.0 (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
- Experience in eCommerce platforms is a plus, but not required
